Through movement, breath work, meditation practices, food workshops, playshops as well as rituals and ceremonies we will guide you to remember and connect with your inner wisdom. 

Your physical body is one with your emotional, mental, spiritual, energetic and light body.

They are all connected in ways we do not recall but they are sending us important messages and signals everyday.

The more present we are in our bodies we will start to notice all these messages which are there to guide us in reconnecting with our true nature.

We invite you to allow yourself to be present and explore how you are feeling, express your thoughts and emotions. 

There is no space for judgment in our circle, towards yourself or others and no expectations whatsoever, only unconditional love and respect for who you are.

This sacred path and journey of our lives has unfortunately been forgotten and with it our connection with ourselves.

We have been disconnected from our inner voice that was once loud and clear.

As we were growing up beliefs and programming took place that made us desire to fit in and be accepted so we slowly muted it.

For most today it has become a whisper.

That is the voice of our core, our inner power and all that we are.

Lets unite and connect together again with our inner voice and give it the space it needs to be heard, embraced and loved.

There is no fear or shame in who you are, you have the power to self heal all your blockages that have been created and create the life that you always wanted for yourself.

We will be inviting all the elements to help us

and guide us through this journey of healing,

The space is located within a 20,000 sq.m. organic olive grove on

a private beach.

Ecologically renovated stone cottages from the 19th century.

A combination of the old and the new in a beautiful eco friendly setting that respects nature without depriving the visitor of any modern facilities.

Accomodation 

As we promote shared spaces all of the bedrooms will accommodate up to four people per room and each one of them has it’s own en suite bathroom.

All rooms have single beds.

Food

All meals are going to be plant based and will be prepared with love.

The water provided will be from the estates spring and the olive oil that we will use to prepare our meals is going to be from the grove.

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted during the retreat.

Payment Arragments

The price below cover the cost of the retreat attendance, accommodation, food and beverages for all three nights and four days.

If you are interested in participating at the retreat you will have reserve your spot by purchasing a ticket through our website for which you will not be charged. 

Following that, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to proceed to the 50% in advance payment in order to secure your participation.

All advance payments can be made through Revolut or via bank transfer. 

The rest of the payment must be fullfield ten days prior to the retreat. 

*Kindly note that if you, for any reason, cannot attend the retreat the 50% in advance payment is non-refundable.

*Please note that travel costs are a personal expense and it is not included in the price.
