In this journey, we will be re-membering all of our bodies and remembering how to become our own healers once again. Our physical, emotional, spiritual, and energetic bodies are intricately interconnected as one. They continuously communicate with us, sending vital messages. However, modern life often disconnects us, leaving us unfamiliar with how to receive and interpret these messages. Together, we will cultivate this connection through guided practices, meditation, and by observing our bodies with gentle, non-judgmental eyes. With the support and guidance of the new moon’s energy, I will introduce you to practices that will help us connect, prepare, and open our bodies to embrace the new life cycle unfolding before us. We will observe and give space to any resistance we might be experiencing, allowing it to be heard and witnessed so we can understand what needs to be released allowing us to create the space we need to plant new seeds together and experience our personal rebirth. Instead of relying on the mind, we will let our bodies lead, unveiling new pathways that facilitate reconnection so they can emerge as the wise teachers they inherently are. Each step of this journey will encourage us to dive deeper into self-discovery, re-member our bodies, and remember who we truly are and who our hearts and souls long to become.
