Service Description

Cacao, known since ancient times as the "food of the gods" (Theobroma), is the fruit of the Theobroma tree before it is processed into chocolate. It is one of the richest sources of magnesium, which supports heart health, optimal brain function, and relaxation of the nervous system, joints, and muscles. However, its benefits extend beyond the physical body. In many cultures, cacao is revered as "Mother Cacao" due to the gentle feminine energy associated with this plant medicine. This energy promotes softness and a deep connection to our inner wisdom and hearts. Ancient Mayan texts describe cacao as "heart opening," and it truly is. It helps us connect to our hearts, our inner voice, and our intuitive gifts, while softening all of our bodies—the physical, emotional, spiritual, and light bodies. Together with my beautiful sister Julja, who has been rediscovering her connection with the Mayan ancestors and offering Ceremonies Of The Heart according to the Mayan Day&Wave around the world, we invite you to join us on a magical and heart-opening Cacao Ceremony. In our journey together, we will be connecting with all of our senses to the cacao itself and, through meditation and a variety of practices, to the spirit of Mother Cacao, calling upon her love, support, wisdom, and medicine. In our circle, we are all equal, and each one of us is the wisdom keeper of their own healing journey. There will be no cross-talk or giving of opinions. It’s really just allowing ourselves to speak without any judgment towards ourselves or others and connect with our truth, be witnessed, heard, and held by beautiful souls for who we truly are. Let us reunite once again with our true nature, gently open our hearts to love again; to love ourselves, to spread our love with the world around us, and to feel loved again.
