Full Moon Ceremony

Service Description

Join us for a serene and empowering Full Moon Ceremony, part of the series of “A Journey Back To Yourself”, designed exclusively for women at the Wellness Hub by Premium Wellness. 
 This sacred gathering is an invitation to connect deeply with nature, honour the cycles of the moon, and embrace the strength and wisdom within ourselves and our community. 
 It is known that the moon influences the waters of the earth and as our bodies are consisted mostly by water so like earth we are deeply influenced by the large gravitational field controlled by the moon. 
 At the time of the New and Full Moon our sun and moon affect the earth causing tides to rise to their highest expression. 
 This force also pulls at the subtle bodies of water causing moister to rise into the earth which encourages both growth in nature but also inside of us, as we are also part of nature. 
 Just like the moon we are constantly changing, evolving and growing. We experience cycles of rising and falling, of calling in and clearing out. 
 When we allow ourselves to connect to the moon phases once again we can begin to observe, understand and connect to the divine feminine energy that lies within all of us.  
 On this Full Moon Ceremony we will: 
 - Embrace the powerful energy and wisdom of the full moon -Engage in guided meditations, heart opening practices and breath work  - Share our stories and support each other - Connect deeply with our inner selves and with each other -Release what no longer serves us so it can be alchemised into love, light and wisdom
